Refunds and Returns

I do not process refunds or accept returns as your order is custom made for you. All details are in each listing about that product and if you are unsure I ask you message me before placing your order. This includes incorrect addresses.

However if you do have an issue with your order please do contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If your order is to be returned to me you are liable for the postage costs, and a refund will not be made until the order has been returned and checked over. The return address will be given once we have discussed your issue and if it is needed, due to it being a personal address.

Apparel is also custom made for you and I cannot exchange or return apparel items unless they are faulty. Each apparel item has a size guide so please reference this before you purchase to ensure you get the correct size.
