FAQ


Dispatch Times

Turnaround - Standard 14 working days and then dispatch. Fastpass 3-5 working days and then dispatch.          Turnaround is chosen at checkout by you. ( Working days do not include Saturday/Sunday or bank holidays) Please chose the correct turnaround time for your needs. If you have a certain date you need your order by please write it in the notes at checkout box. Please also note the day you order is not included in the turnaround time no matter what time you order.

Please know that using express Apple pay will not give you the option of a turnaround time. You can still use Apple Pay going to the checkout and this will give you all options above. We always recommend going through the checkout not express.

Postage UK                                                                                            Standard RM Tracked 48.                        Tracked RM Next Day delivered by 1pm.                                         It can take Royal Mail 24 hours to update once your tracking number has been sent to you. Please note that we only send out your tracking number once your order has been given to Royal Mail.   

If you order gets returned to me due to not being collected from RM in time you are responsible for paying the postage cost to post out to you again. Refunds are not possible in this case as I have fulfilled and posted your order correctly. 

Postage EU                                                                        International Tracked RM usually takes 1-2 weeks. Tracking number provided in email and you may be charged customs/duties on delivery.

Postage INTERNATIONAL                                                                     International Tracked RM usually takes 2-3 weeks. Tracking number provided in email and you may be charged customs/duties on delivery.

 

Once your order is with RM it is out of my control but if you do have any problems please contact me and we can sort out together.

Please note that all transactions are in GBP and I do not take responsibility for any conversion charges or custom fees.

 

Refunds and Returns

I do not process refunds or accept returns as your order is custom made for you. All details are in each listing about that product and if you are unsure I ask you message me before placing your order. This includes incorrect addresses.
However if you do have an issue with your order please do contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. 
If your order is to be returned to me you are liable for the postage costs, and a refund will not be made until the order has been returned and checked over.
Apparel is also custom made for you and I cannot exchange or return apparel items unless they are faulty. Each apparel item has a size guide so please reference this before you purchase to ensure you get the correct size.
