Dispatch Times

Standard turnaround is 14 working days and then dispatch. Fastpass turnaround is 3-5 working days and then dispatch. You chose your turnaround time option at checkout along with your postage option. You can see what postage option you chose in your confirmation email under shipping method.

UK ORDERS have 2 postage options. Standard is Royal Mail 1st class which usually takes 1-2 days for delivery but can take up to a week. And Royal Mail Next Day delivered before 1pm with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within a week please contact me as sometimes a card hasn’t been left. If you order gets returned to me due to not being collected from RM in time (they hold items for 18 days before returning to sender) you are responsible for paying the postage cost to post out to you again. Refunds are not possible in this case as I have fulfilled and posted your order correctly. UK Ear Holders are posted out Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for.

EU ORDERS are posted out Royal Mail International Standard and this is a non tracked service. If you wish to add a tracked service please contact me before purchasing. EU shipping usually takes 1 week but can take up to 2 weeks. EU Ear Holders are shipped out with Royal Mail EU Tracked service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS which includes USA Canada and Australia have the option of Royal Mail International Non Tracked or Tracked services. Non Tracked this means you do not have a way of tracking your order. I do not recommend this service as I don’t take responsibility if your order is lost in transit. Tracked this gives you a way to track the progress of your order with both Royal Mail and your local shipping company so for both parts of it journey. International orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. Most of the time this is quicker by it depends on customs. International Ear Holders are shipping with a tracked service only.

Once your order is with RM it is out of my control but if you do have any problems please contact me and we can sort out together.

 

Refunds and Returns

I do not process refunds as your order is custom made for you. All details are in each listing about that product and if you are unsure I ask you message me first. This includes incorrect addresses. I do not accept returns as items have been made to your custom request.
However if you do have an issue with your order please do contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please note that if I offer a replacement pair of Ears I do require the original ones back before I send a new pair.

 

Product Care

We recommend that you do not wear your Ears on theme park rides as you don't want to lose or damage them.
Your ears are handmade so sequin material and all fabrics should be handled with extreme care as they are very delicate. We don't take responsibility for loss of sequins or items from your ears or bow or headband. We also do not take responsibility for what happens to fabrics if you wear them in the rain/snow, extreme weather conditions.

 

Sizing

My Ears headbands are one size and fit both adults and children. I wear my Ears and they are super comfortable. They are not tight behind your ears so you can wear them for long periods of time. Both my cousins who are 3 and 6 have my Ears and they fit them perfectly.

 

Dust Bags

You will receive your order in a EEA branded Dust Bag. Depending on the size of your order will depend on the size of your dust bag. Dust Bags are not for sale. Please do not ask me for extra Dust Bags or a bigger size. They are free when you place an order and I reserve every right to decide which size your order requires. Please note if you order a sale item you will not receive a Dust Bag.
